Our 2-room apartments are in a quiet, central location in an apartment building at Lamprechtstr. 5, 90478 Nuremberg, just 1000 m from the main train station and the beautiful old town. The trade fair is 10 minutes away.
The 2-room apartments have modern furnishings, are all barrier-free and easily accessible by elevator.
This apartment with a size of over 50 square meters, especially handicapped accessible, offers enough space and comfort.
Equipped with parquet flooring, flatscreen TV, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, a perfectly equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, dining table and sofa bed as well as free WLAN connection, this apartment leaves nothing to be desired.
- The elevator takes you to all floors.
- Free parking is available in the courtyard.
- Towels and bed linen are of course provided.
- Washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room.
A delicious bakery, shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
We are happy to provide you with our baby equipment (baby crib, high chair, baby bath, changing mat, etc.).

Are pets allowed?
Yes, with pleasure.
How often are the rooms cleaned?
For longer stays, the apartments are cleaned weekly. Fresh towels are available at all times.
Is it possible to cancel?
Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that 80% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
All apartments are non-smoking apartments. However, smoking is permitted in our cozy courtyard.
Is there an outdoor area?
Tables and chairs are available in our shady courtyard.
